PRODUCTION
The production facility
Our production facility is equipped with
state-of-the-art machinery, including the
acceptance and deposit area of an automated multiplex shown here, which carries
the blanks to the machine.
The necessary means for the implementation and improvement of the QM system
are defined and provided at regular intervals.
CNC processing center
The dome is processed in this CNC
processing center with palette changer.
Routine supervision of the production process, utilizing clear inspection documents,
includes interim and final inspections, and
of the tools and equipment as well.
The warehouse
Stored in the warehouse are e.g. blanks
which are waiting to be processed. Of
course, all merchandise is carefully inspected upon arrival.
The warehouse was built in 1999, as the commencement of serial production created the need for more areas which are
protected from inclement weather.
Tested valves
his is the section of the warehouse for
valves which have already been tested.
High storage capacity allows us to meet
the standards defined in the QM handbook
with respect to delivery times.
In other words: 100% on-time delivery
delivery time for standard products: less than three days
